ARTWORK & CONTENT
For Member Listings or if you are purchasing a Banner or a Spotlight page, specifications for images and copy will be provided by the Russian River Chamber of Commerce. Please contact the Russian River Chamber of Commerce with any questions on acceptable content and format.
ERRORS & OMMISSIONS
This Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The Russian River Chamber of Commerce therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to pricing, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
ONLINE ADVERTISING
Purchaser authorizes the online electronic publication of the indicated ad(s) on the www.russianriver.com website. The purchases agrees to the above terms and to pay the amount shown. The Russian River Chamber of Commerce and its Board of Ddirectors is not responsible for errors and omissions. Design assistance is available for a $120 flat fee. If advertiser supplies artwork, the advertiser is responsible for the quality of the ad(s). All content is subject to approval by the Russian River Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
If purchaser selects monthly payments for advertising by credit or debit card, payer authorizes an automatic charge to their card on the day of first authorization and each month thereafter on the same day of the month as the first charge. Online ad will be viewable at RussianRiver.com within 7 days of receiving artwork and payment from purchaser. Purchaser or the Russian River Chamber of Commerce may cancel the monthly payment at any time by providing 30 days written notice by email or mail. Purchaser may update payment anytime by providing notice to the Russian River Chamber of Commerce at least 2 business days before the next charge.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS BY CHECK
If purchaser selects monthly payments for advertising by check, online advertising will begin within 7 days after receipt of first check and artwork. Subsequent payments will be due at the Chamber Office each month on the same day first payment is received. Purchaser or the Russian River Chamber of Commerce may cancel the monthly payment at any time by providing 30 days written notice by email or mail.
